Monkery Barn

A conversion of a 16C barn to form a new dwelling. The Architecture is made to disappear with details devised to bring the existing charter to the foreground.

The internal stone walls are restored, new sliding windows and doors are recessed with the aim to maintain the large openings and not draw attention. Any new structures
